Highland Construction isn't your typical construction outfit. We're 23 people who genuinely care about doing this work right — from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. Yeah, we build additions. But mostly we build relationships with clients who trust us to expand their homes and their lives. Open Positions
Lead Carpenter
You've got 8+ years under your belt and you know how to run a crew without being a jerk about it. We need someone who can read blueprints blindfolded, mentor younger carpenters, and catch problems before they become expensive disasters.

Part scheduler, part therapist, part accountant. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and client communication for 5-6 projects simultaneously. Excel skills required. People skills mandatory. Weekend emergencies happen (rarely, but they happen).
Apply NowCarpenter's Assistant / Apprentice
New to construction? Or looking to transition? You'll learn from pros who actually care about teaching. Expect grunt work initially, but also real responsibility within 6 months. No experience necessary. Willingness to learn is everything.

We partner with experienced electricians for each addition. Roughly 8-12 projects yearly. You'll work alongside our crew, coordinate with other trades, and handle inspections. Licensing required. Reliability is the real job requirement.
